One of our goals at Woodland is to have a culture of acceptance, and a friendly atmosphere. Whenever you walk through our doors, you will be greeted by a friendly face and taken care of by our volunteer teams to make sure you are familiar with where to go and what to do next. Anyone that comes through our doors is treated as a new member of a family that is continuously growing! We have free guest WiFi and coffee available to make you feel at home as well. 

Worship is not just a time for fun lights and entertainment (though we do have fun!). Worship is a time to express our love and gratitude to our Heavenly Father for all He's done for us! Our music is a mixture of traditional and modern styles of both praise and worship. At our church you will hear some classic songs and hymns you may recognize from your childhood, and brand new releases from today's well-known worship bands! It's important to us to create an atmosphere for everyone to be able to worship comfortably with dim lights and projected lyrics. We allow The Holy Spirit to guide our worship experience, and we welcome His presence every Sunday.

The sermon, usually taught by our Senior Pastor Stuart Boice, typically lasts about 35 minutes. You can expect a very practical, Bible-based teaching, that explains the tools God has given us to live a transformed life. We have three kids classes that take place on Sunday mornings. Woodland Kids is ages 5-11, and our teachers will lead your children in a very high energy, exciting program with games, creative Biblical lessons, and music. Our Woodland Seeds/Sprouts classes are for ages 0-4. Our teachers demonstrate the love of Christ to all of our sweet babies with plenty of nurture, crafts, and Biblical themes of the month to plant seeds in the hearts of your little ones.
